compliant and ISO 17025:2005 accredited.
GLP Compliance
Labstat’s SOPs and infrastructure are compliant to 21 CFR Part 58 (Good Laboratory Practices). The Company offers its clients the option to conduct Toxicology, Chemistry, Measures of Exposure and /or Method Development studies in a GLP compliant environment.
ISO 17025:2005 Accreditation and Scope
The Company is also ISO 17025:2005 accredited.
Labstat's scope of accreditation includes 147
test methods. Labstat's “Scope of Accreditation”
is available on-line at the Standards
Council of Canada website. Labstat is committed to
on-going evaluations and expansion of its scope of accreditation
to ensure it is best serving its clients requirements for demonstrating
proof of analytical excellence in tobacco testing.
Our services are used by Canadian and worldwide
interests. Labstat's scope includes all mandated Health Canada
methods required for regulatory reporting in Canada. Our scope
is not limited to the Canadian market; we have clients in all
parts of the world with varying needs and regulatory requirements.
Standards Council of Canada is a signatory of the global Mutual
Recognition Agreement (MRA) referred to as ILAC (International
Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation); hence, data produced by
Labstat has official recognition throughout the world.
