Training and Development - Labstat International Inc.

Labstat has developed a comprehensive Training and Development program as part of our accredited quality system. All staff undergo a formal orientation to provide them with an appreciation of our historical success and the future goals of the laboratory with respect to the quality. New staff are also trained on Health and Safety principles, Information Technology, and are introduced to the Human Resource principles, which reflect the mission and values of Labstat International Inc.

Training continues as employees develop into new roles. Employees are supported by Designated Trainers through each process and are documented as employees move through the stages of training for all procedures. Employees must successfully complete all stages of training for a procedure before performing the task independently.
